- The Hat Creek Ranger District on the Lassen National Forest intends to solicit for the Four Corners Precommercial Thinning and Removal. The purpose of this service contract is Thinning and Removal of Precommercial Sized Material (3.0 inches DBH to 9.9 inches DBH) on 546 acres from the Four Corners service contract area. This solicitation will be available for electronic download only, on or around June 26, 2002. The NAICS code is 113310 and 500 employees is the size standard.
