- Description
- The Lassen National Forest intends to solicit for a Hat Creek Modular Office Building Rental. The contractor shall provide and install one 1500 square foot building at the Hat Creek Work Center in Hat Creek, California. The solicitation will result in a contract for one year with four one year options. Contractor shall provide one complete, weathertight and engineered modular office building according to Forest Service Specifications and shall prepare complete plans and specifications and structural calculations stamped by an engineer licensed by the State of California. The Contractor will be responsible for connection of water, sewer, electrical, communications and gas heating systems to the modular building. The desired date of occupancy is November 1, 2002. Contractor shall be responsible for all permits necessary to complete the contract. NAICS 321992 size 500 This project will be available for download at this site on or about June 6, 2002.
