- U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 13,800 rentable square feet yielding a range of 12,000 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Raleigh, North Carolina. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location: CBD: North: Peace Street, South: M.L. King Jr. Blvd., West: Boylan Avenue, East: Bloodworth. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered building shall have a minimum of 100-foot setback on all sides of the building, excluding right of ways and easements. Secured parking is required for 32 vehicles. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 19, 2003 or sooner. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
