- NAICS Code: 9241 The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to the Sustainable Building Industry Council (SBIC) of Washington D.C. in support of their High Performance School Workshop series, December 2001 through October 2002. High Performance School Workshop series seeks to educate key decision and policy makers responsible for procuring new K-12 facilities to the value and viability of environmentally friendly school design.
