Description

The contractor shall provide all labor supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to maintain and repair the heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment, and systems at the Naval Reserve Center, Huntington, West Virginia. This includes seasonal start-up and shutdown, cleaning, maintenance, preventive maintenance, periodic operational checks, diagnosis and repair of systems as specified herein. The Contractor shall ensure that there is sufficient cool air flowing through all vents at the Reserve Center during the Cooling Season, and that all heating units are in good working order and radiating heat during the Heating Season. The contractor shall ensure that the systems covered by this specification perform to manufacturer's specifications, with allowance made for normal wear and tear and will continue to operate in an efficient and economical manner.
