Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, and other incidentals, work includes but is not limited to, except for specified Government property, to reconstruct the Grave Springs and Buffalo Creek Campgrounds as specified herein and as shown on the drawings. Work includes constructing parking areas, roads, campsites, pathway trails, picnic tables, garbage can holders, fire grills, rock and timber barriers, and removing: Concrete and timber picnic tables, and existing fire rings. The project is located Work under this Contract is located in Natrona County, Wyoming approximately 30-miles north of Waltman, Wyoming. The work locations are shown on the drawings. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A performance period of 60 calendar days has been established. With an estimated start date of the week of 30 September, 2002. This solicitation and all it's attachments is available from our web site at: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Tentative issuance of this solicitation is on or about Aug 27, 2002 and a closing date or on or about September 17, 2002, please refer to actual dates in the solicitation. Plan accordingly no fax bids will be accepted. Any Construction Projects over $25,000.00 require payment protection after award and before the notice to proceed can be issued. Ensure you reference the solicitation number, title, and enclose your complete mailing address on the outside of the envelope.
