- Description
- The BIA, Turtle Mountain Agency, Belcourt, ND has a requirement to provide LP Gas to designated tanks for heating systems in the Elementary/Middle School; Bus Garage; High School; and the Bus Garage and School Kitchen. The performance period is October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 (base year). The contract will be awarded for the base year plus four (4) option years. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supplies, materials and equipment required in order to provide the LP Gas to the BIA, Turtle Mountain Agency, OIEP. Deliveries shall be made in the quantities and at the items specified by the OIEP Facilities Management. It is the intent of the Government to procure this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13.5, Test Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contract awarded in response to this announcement will be awarded on an "All or None Basis."
