- NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to design, install, and assess the performance of ElectroOsmotic Pulse (EOP) systems to control water seepage in Bldg 21, the 'Model Arsenal', at Ft McNair, District of Columbi a. The period of service will be no later than 15 October 2003. This proposed procurement is advertised for 100% small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for DACA42-0 2-T-0171 will be issued on or about 11 September 2002 with a closing date of 25 September 2002. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: Vburg Consolidated Contracting, Champaign Field Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Bo x 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005.
