- NA The work conists of hydraulic dredging of material in the barrow area located at the mouth of Pass A'Loutre, near the Head of Passes, Mississippi River and satisfactory disposal of all material in the Wetland Creation Area as shown on the contract drawings . (The estimated time of completion is 210 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The solicitation will include 4 drawings and specifications). Work is estimated to cost between $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. IFB/CD will be issued on or about September 17, 2002. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. Point of contact is D.
