- NA The USPFO for Minnesota has a requirement for bread and bakery products to be delivered to the Ration Break Point, Camp Ripley, Minnesota on an On-Call Basis. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the fo rmat in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation DAHA21-02-T-0155. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, Part 12. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.217-5, 52.217-8, and 52.217-9 apply. DFARS Clause 252.212-7000 and 252.212-7001 apply. This procurement is unrestricted regarding busi ness size. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2051. The associated NAICS Code is 311811. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM CST on 17 September 2002 at the USPFO for Minnesota, Procurement Division, 15000 Highway 115, C amp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173. This requirement is for the following types of bakery products: White Bread, Wheat Bread, Cracked Wheat Bread, Whole Wheat Bread, French Bread, Texas Toast, Pumpernickel Bread, English Muffins, Hot Dog Rolls, Whit e Hamburger Rolls, Multigrain/Whole Wheat Hamburger Rolls, White Dinner Rolls, and Sweet Rolls. This RFQ is for one Base Year and Four Option Years to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
