Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This request for quotation (RFQ) F49642-02-R-0038, will be posted on EPS on or after 9 September 2002. This requirement is set-aset for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.8. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure Full and Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service for Honeywell Energy Management Control System (EMCS) and FS90 Automatic Fire Alarm System (AFAS). All contractors must be registered with Central Contractors Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
