- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: HQ Air Force Space Command at Peterson AFB CO seeks potential sources to perform a variety of non-personal services. Services to be provided include management of the Maintenance Data center, the Technical Order (TO) Library, and the Material Control Center. The management of the Data Maintenance and TO Library will be performed at Vandenberg AFB, CA; F.E. Warren AFB, WY; Malmstrom AFB, MT; and Minot AFB, ND. The management of the Material Control center will be performed at Minot AFB, ND only. The Maintenance Data center is responsible for the tracking of missile maintenance history, missile maintenance teams and equipment and vehicle status availability. The center is responsible for maintaining the Improved Maintenance Management Program (IMMP) system. The center is responsible for the Expanded Minuteman Data Analysis System (EMDAS), performs data transfers and file dumps and prepares Partial Mission Capable (PMC) reports and Non-Mission Capable reports. The center is responsible for the Core Automated Management System (CAMS) at F.E. Warren AFB and Malmstrom AFB only and provides CAMS training, maintenance of CAMS computer listings, preparation of difficulty reports, and processing of System Advisory Notices (SAN). The center performs data analysis by retrieving and analyzing data and controls the Maintenance Analysis Referral (MAR) program. The second service to be provided under this notice is the management of the Technical Order (TO) Library. The TO Library is responsible for operating and maintaining the Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO), the Technical Order Dispatch Library (TODL), and technical order sub-located accounts. The TODL also receives and reviews requirements and reviews technical order dispatch kits. The final service to be provided under this notice is the management of the Material Control center at Minot AFB, ND only. The Material Control Center manages general supply parts ordering and distribution in support of missile maintenance crews. Potential interested sources are required to respond to this notice no later than 04 Sep 02. In their response each must indicate their business status and size (for example small disadvantaged business, large woman-owned business, etc.) and list their relevant experience, if any, for the type of services described above. If these services have been sold commercially (see the commercial item checklist below), please provide pertinent information relative to the sale of these services and any other information recommended in the checklist. If these services are available on GSA Schedules, please indicate the schedule number and the GSA contract number and if possible, provide a copy of the GSA contract.
