- Description
- The South Texas Veterans Health Care System has a requirement for Radiology Services in support of the Corpus Christi Outpatient Clinic, located in Corpus Christi, Texas, for the period of base year and 2 one year options for renewal. Services to be performed at contractor's establishment, and should be located within the city limits and should be accessible to the city transit system. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)5.102(a). This solicitation is prepared in the commercial item format and is consistent with FAR Part's 2 and 12. This solicitatio is unrestricted, NAICS 621512 applies. The small business size standard is 11.5 million. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms froma price and technicial standport. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Government anticipates making a single award to the most highly qualified offeror, however in accordance with the terms of the solicitation the government may exercise the right to make multiple awards.
