- Description
- The South Texas Veterans Healthcare System has a reqpirement in support of the Laredo Outpatient Clinic, located in Laredo, Texas for the period of base year and plus (2)one year options for renewal. Services to be performed contractor's establishment, andshould be located within the Laredo city limits, facility must be accessible to the city transit service ara. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisitio Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a). This solicitation is prepared inthe commercial item format and is onsistent with FAR Part's 2 and 12. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS 621512 applies. The small business standard is 11.5 million. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussion therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms froma price and technicical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Government anticipates making a single award to the most highly qualified offeror, however in accordance witht he terms of the solicitation the government may exercise the right to make multiple awards.
