- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures. The INS is seeking firms or individuals interested in providing Complete Facility Maintenance Services for the US Border Patrol Station at Craigside Manor, Landon Road, Wellesley Island in Alexandria Bay, New York. Period of performance will be 10/01/2002 through 09/30/2003. Complete Facility Maintenance Services will include Sewage and Wastewater Treatment, Recycling, Janitorial, Lawn and Grounds Maintenance, Snow Removal, Mechanical Equipment Maintenance, and Architectural and Structural Maintenance. This acquisition is Unrestricted, the NAICS code is 561210 (Base Maintenance), and the corresponding Small Business Size Standard is $23 million. Interested parties should request solicitation packages in writing by fax to Attn: Shireen Melton at 802-951-6455 no later than 08/30/02, 3:30 pm, and include full street address. Solicitation packages will be sent via express carrier. Quotes will be due to the contracting office by 09/05/2002, 5:00 pm.
