Description

The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Dooso Jang. Services are required to manage international programs by analyzing relevant issues and providing recommendations in research policies and advanced OAR research interests. Travel to China, Taiwan (China), Republic of Korea, Thailand, and other international programs as assigned by the Director of R/IA. Specific duties require to attend meetings and briefings on a substantive basis for IA Director; perform research, writing and editing tasks as assigned in support of NOAA, OAR, or international management functions, OAR Operating Plan, Quarterly Management Reviews, and Annual Operating Plan, controlled correspondence requests, and other assigned task. Attend seminars, presentations and Lab/program reviews to improve understanding of NOAA programs, services and science. Responsibilities outlined herein are expected to be assumed by Contractor October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. Any source capable of satisfying this requirement is invited to submit information as to their capabilities and other pertinent data to the address listed. Award will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
