- Description
- This project is a HuB Zone Setaside. This project consists of the construction and striping of a paved parking lot with bituminous concrete curbs, paved waterways and concrete curbs adjacent to the Dark Day Camping Area at Bullard's Bar Reservoir. Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a concrete stairway with handrails on a fill slope, sub-drain and other culvert installation and the construction of an accessible loading ramp and access road adjacent to the existing toilet building at the existing lower parking lot. Project location: From Nevada City, California, proceed north on Highway 49 approximately 22 miles to the intersection with Marysville Road, turn left onto Marysville Road and proceed ahead for approximately 2.5 miles to the intersection with Dark Day Road, turn right onto Dark Day Road and proceed ahead for approximately .60 miles to the intersection to the Dark Day Camping Area, turn left at the entrance and the beginning of the project. Government estimate $250,000 to $500,000. Estimated start work date 10/30/2002, contract time 102 days. Bonding required. Estimated solicitation issue date 9/23/2002.
