- Cow Creek Spring and Ft. Howes Fence work to be done consists of providing materials and labor to replace 5 1/2 miles of fence around Cow Creek Spring, Cow Creek Campground and Ft. Howes compound. Ft. Howes, smooth wire, wood posts, 4 strand @ 3 miles. Cow Creek Spring, barb wire, metal posts, 5 strand @ 1 mile and Cow Creek Campground, barb wire, metal posts, 5 strand @ 1 1/2 miles. "NOTE: Depending on availability of funds this package may or may not be awarded this fiscal year. Offers provided should be good for 90 calendar days."
