Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F08650-02-T-0240 and is issued for reference only. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08 and through Defense Acquisition Supplement DCN 20020730. The NAICS code is 532490 and the size standard is $6 million. This acquisition is not set-aside. 45 CONS, Patrick AFB, FL is going to issue a Base year contract with 4 one year Options for the following items: Annual maintenance agreement for the Phillips Analytical Spectrometer PW2400R s/n DY1180 and the Helium attachment 5012 s/n DY1180.1. The contractor is to provide all transportation, equipment, materials, tools, parts and labor necessary to provide emergency repair service as required during the hours of 0730-1600, Monday through Friday with contractor response within 24 hours after notice. The equipment is located in Building 54800 1521 Scrub Jay Street Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. Additionally the contractor will provide regularly scheduled preventative maintenance checks, unlimited emergency visits and unlimited technical telephone support. Invoicing will be monthly in arrears.
