- This is a modification to a previous notice. Project No. IOK00282, Solicitation No. GS-07P-02-UDC-0007. Repair and Alterations, Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, Muskogee, Oklahoma. Correction: The Size Standard for NIACS 233320 is $28.5 million. Proposal Documents and Division 0 will be available electronically at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov/ on or about April 18, 2002. Remaining documents, specifically, Division 1 - 16 and all drawings are available to authorized users only. Contact the Contracting Officer, Teresa Thompson, 817-978-7084, for information. Prospective offerors must complete a Document Security Notice before the documents will be disseminated. This procurement is restricted to certified HUBZone small business concerns. A pre-proposal conference and walk-through is scheduled for April 29, 2002, at 10:30 a.m., in the 3rd Floor Grand Jury Room, in the Federal Building - U.S. Courthouse, 101 North Fifith Street, Muskogee, OK.
