- This is a modification to the previous notices. Project No. IOK00282, Solicitation No. GS-07P-02-UDC-0007, Repair and Alterations, Federal Building-U.S. Courthouse, Muskogee, Oklahoma. This procurement is restricted to certified HUBZone small business concerns. The solicitation will be available to authorized users electronically through a secured Extranet site. Notices of the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will continue to be posted on this website at: www.fedbizopps.gov/ Access to the complete solicitation, specifications, drawings, and amendments to the solicitation will be made available through a secured Extranet site. Interested parties shall send all requests to access the restricted Extranet site, to the attention of the Point of Contact indicated in this Notice. This request should include the contractor's company name, Contractor's POC's name and title, valid DUNS number, Tax Identification number, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Additionally, the contractor must review, complete, and return the Document Security Notice (DSN) along with a copy of its business license (if available) or other documentation granted by the state or local jurisdiction to conduct business. Upon receipt of the completed DSN and acceptance of the firm's request for access to the restricted site and solicitation, an email will be transmitted, providing instructions and requirements for entry into the secured Extranet site and access to the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-APR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 26-AUG-2002.
