- Description
- The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supervision, work and facilities necessary to perform all operations, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. The scope of work for this project includes repair and replacement of existing pond liner and screening system for the Power Plant Cooling Pond at Clear AFS. Other work includes, but is not limited to dewatering and cleaning of the pond; partial demolition and reconstruction of existing concrete intake structure and screens; removal of ballast and repair of gunite substrate, installation of new liner membrane. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 234990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA CD-ROM. AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 150 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.edi.disa.mil to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program.** The solicitation will be available on or about 9 Jul 02.
