Description

NA The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to make a sole source procurement with General Dynamics Government Systems, 77 A Street, Needham, MA 02494-2806, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency requirement. This contract will be for Item 001 - 3 each, Taclane E-100 KG-175. The Taclane devices are required to support DTRA Secure Local Area Network The delivery shall be F.O.B.: Destination. To be delivered by 2 Dec 02. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
