- Contractor is to furnish plastic electronic gift cards. This acquisition will be awarded as a Requirements Type contract for one year from date of award through September 30, 2003. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about September 3, 2002 as a small business set-aside. Only written requests will be honored (facsimile or e-mail acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: RFP number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number, and CAGE code. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. This RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps (www.fedbizops.gov). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the above stated agency
