Description

This is a synopsis of commercial items issued in accordance with FAR 5.203. The solicitation attached to this synopsis constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a hardcopy, paper, solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to procure the items shown on the attached solicitation FOB destination. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The relevant NAICS code is 334220. The corresponding number of employees is 750. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by the time established for the receipt of proposals will be considered by the Government. The brand named items have been identified as meeting the Government's minimum requirements, but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. If the offeror is proposing other manufacturers or part numbers than what is specified in the solicitation, the offeror shall identify the manufacturer and part number. The offeror shall also provide complete technical data. It is the offeror's responsibility to provide sufficient technical data to allow the Government to determine if the proposed substitution meets the Governments needs. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Facsimile (not exceeding 15 pages) and email responses are acceptable. FAX to (916) 643-4032, ATTN: Don Neal. Hard copies of the faxed or email proposal must be received within 3 days of the fax or email. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. To register, you may apply through the Internet at http://ccr.gov . You must include your Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) number in order to apply. Offeror representations and certifications must also be provided if the offeror has not provided them to T-ASA within the last year. The representations and certifications are provided as an attachment to this solicitation.
