- Single award term contract for period beginning 10/01/02 and ending 09/30/03, plus up to two optional 12-month extension periods for the Department of Health and Human Services (PHS/OASH). Production area, assumed 124-mile radius of zero milestone Washington, DC. Orders will be placed Quarterly with Approximately10,000 to 12,000 copies per order of 8 to 12 pages per order. Size: 8-1/2 x 11. Print head to head in black ink and one Pantone ink color. Operations include making reproducibles, printing in two colors, binding, packing, and distribution.
