- Description
- Services and materials necessary to provide the following services: assembling survey packets, addressing survey envelopes, letters and postcards, sorting mailings by zip+4, and delivering survey packets, letters, postcards, disketter mailer, diskette/label duplication to Millington, TN Post Office. Anticipated award is to be a requirements contract. Contractor must be located within 30 mile radius of the Naval Support Activity Midsouth, Millington, TN. All specifications to be provided with solicitation package. Requests for solicitation package should be either faxed to (901)874-5285, or e-mailed to ejohnson@nsams.navy.mil . Please provide company full name and address, poc, e-mail address (if available) and phone number on request. Faxed copies of completed solicitation package will not be accepted. Numbered note 1 applies to the acquisition.
