Statement of Work The Naval Audit Service is conducting a Professional Development Seminar for all 350 employees during the period 8 through 10 October 2002 in Washington, DC. The area of consideration is a 15 mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC. The following is the requirements needed for our Seminar. Please also provide availability of parking and the cost each day. Room availability is not a requirement for this contract but would be helpful information. Room Availability: Monday 10/7 - 50; Tuesday 10/8 - 50; Wednesday 10/9 - 50; Thursday 10/10 - 20. RATE INFORMATION: Government Rate. MEETING ROOM REQUIREMENTS: Function: General Session; # of People: 350; Date: 10/8; Start Time: 0730; End Time: 1300; Setup: Round. Function: Breakout; # of People: 105; Date: 10/8; Start Time: 1300; End Time: 1600; Setup: Round. Function: Breakout; # of People: 40; Date: 10/8; Start Time: 1300; End Time: 1600; Setup: Round. Function: Breakout; # of People: 225; Date: 10/8; Start Time: 1300; End Time: 1600; Setup: Round. Function: General Session; # of People: 350; Date: 10/9; Start Time: 0730; End Time: 1600; Setup: Round. Function: General Session; # of People: 350; Date: 10/10; Start Time: 0730; End Time: 1600; Setup: Round. FOOD AND BEVERAGE REQUIREMENT: 350 people for three days - (Early Morning) - Fruit, muffins, danish,juice and coffee; (Mid Morning) - Coffee, tea, water and soft drinks; (Mid Day Afternoon) - Cookies, brownies, water, soft drinks and coffee. 350 People for lunch for three days (10/8,10/9, & 10/10) chicken one day, fish another day, and beef the third day. Available substitutions for vegetarian meals required. AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: - VCR-TV with stand - Overhead Projector - Flipcharts - Wireless Lavaliere Microphone - A/V Cart - Screen
