- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, a modification to contract N00178-99-D-3034, that will provide additional contract ceiling within the current term of the contract for the period 1 April 2003 to 1 July 2003. The modification is for a continuation of services that provide technical engineering support for the Theater Warfare Systems Department. This contract is with EG&G Services, 900 Clopper Road, Ste 200, Gaithersburg MD 20878. Due to the complexity of the work and the short period of time that the services are required until a follow-on can be awarded, only the incumbent contractor, EG&G Services, has the unique capability to meet the minimum needs of the Government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren VA 22448-5100 has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in th e acquisition area, therefore the synopsis/solicitation with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply/busop.htm.
