- NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND Small Business Outreach Event for 2002 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Small Business Office, in collaboration with Local, State and Federal Government agencies and the Patuxent Partnership, will host the Small Business Collaboration and Success Summit (SB-CASS). SB-CASS will provide small business concerns and entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to hear Federal, State and Local Government and non-profit senior leaders discuss the plans and programs specifically designed to foster entrepreneurial success. Small Business Liaison Officers from America's leading aviation manufacturing and service suppliers will discuss long range subcontracting opportunities on Naval Aviations Major Programs. Prominent CEO level speakers will discuss the Department of Defense and Small Business Administration's Mentor-Protege Programs and their successes. Numerous other dynamic and relevant speakers will be in attendance to share their challenges and successes.
