- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source modification to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Higher Denham, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB9 5A, United Kingdom under contract N00421-01-C-0141 for completion of full system level qualification under the Stability Improvement Program (SIP) for the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES) hardware. Martin Baker is the sole manufacturer of the NACES, and is the only firm that possesses the technical expertise, technical data and equipment necessary to meet the government's requirement. See numbered note 22.
