- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes Request for Quotation (RFQ) W81C39-2217-2400A. This synopsis is for purchase of K-Log furniture. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a 100% small busine ss set-aside for: 4 each, Extra-wide computer cart w/pull-out printer shelf, Burnished, P/N MRD-110TD, Mfg. K-Log; 1 each, Computer desk w/CPU storage, Medium Oak, P/N MRD-685TD, Mfg. K-Log; 7 each, L-Workstation w/left return, Medium Oak, P/N MRD-684TD-L , Mfg. K-Log; 9 each, L-Workstation w/right return, Medium Oak, P/N MRD-684TD-R, Mfg. K-Log; 16 each, Bookcase 48? high, Medium Oak, P/N MRD-6TD, Mfg. K-Log; 17 each, 2-Drawer Lateral File, Medium Oak, P/N MRD-450TD, Mfg. K-Log; 8 each, 2-Drawer Vertical F ile Cabinet, Medium Oak, P/N MRD-201TD, Mfg. FOB Destination. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions of Offerors ? The awarded contract will incorporate the following FAR clauses: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items (May 1999); and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Impleme nt Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items (Aug 2000), including 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.232-36.
