- NA Western Regional Contracting Office intends to procure window-cleaning services for Madigan Army Medical Center. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract for a base year period of 1 September 2002 through 31 August 2003 and four (4) one year option periods. The anticipated award date is 13 September 2002. The RFQ DADA13-0 2-T-0063 will be available upon request to Mitch Monger via e-mail, at mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. On or about 26 August 2002. Vendors requesting a copy of this RFQ must provide Business Size, telephone number / facsimile number, e-mail address and a p oint of contact. This RFQ is being issued on a Small Business Set-Aside basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract o r order. Then NAIC Code is 561790 with a business size of $6,000.000.00 dollars. ****
