- NA Provide all labor, supplies, equipment, permits and licenses required for training 30 aviators on the BE350 RC12P/Q aircraft for the period 0f 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 to include at a minimum: The incorporation of the Government's Operators Manual (RC12 P/Q) into the training. Information shall be drawn from the manual in order to teach specific aircraft systems and emergency procedures. The Contractor must operate a simulator that replicates the flight characteristics of a BE350 (RC12P/Q). The Contrac tor's simulator must replicate the emergency procedures that the Government may encounter in the BE350 (RC12P/Q). Fort Hood personnel will travel to the site; location of the training must not be greater than 210 miles, north, south, east or west of Fort Hood, TX. This action will be conducted as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 14. The procument is unrestricted. The solicitation action will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixe d Price Contract, subject to availability of funds (SAF). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) for this acquisition is 611512. The small business size standard is $18.5 M annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years. Th e request for quotation will be available through the Internet on or after 27 Aug 2002 with an electronic bid opening date of 9 Sep 2002. The request for quotation will be issued electronically and will be available for viewing at the following website: http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Anyone wishing to participate in this procurement must obtain a copy from the Internet. No paper copies of the request for quotation will be mailed. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet and updating the files. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible business sources may submit a bid. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), accessed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
