Description

NA It is the intent of the US Army CECOM Acquisition Center - Washington to award a sole source purchase order to Infrared Systems of Reno, NV for 1) one TVS-8500 Portable MWIR Radiom and 2) one copy of TVS-8500 Analysis software. The Government's requiremen ts are for a Handheld Midwave Imaging Radiometer; Detector: InSb; Waveband: 3 to 5 micrometers; Must be Portable and Radiometrically calibrated; Minimum Array Size (320 by 240); and Digital Image Output. Award will be made on a firm fixed price purchase o rder in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. However, a ll responsible sources that can provide supporting data to demonstrate that they can successfully provide the required products may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. Responses should be no longer that five (5) pages. Responses must b e submitted via email within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. All requests for further information must also be submitted via email. Telephone requests for additional information will not be honored.
