- NA The United States Army Communicatin and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure one hundred (100) each Transmitter Modules, NSN 5985-00-008-1839, using a Firm Fixed Price contract with two (2) 100% option years. This is a 100% Hubzone Set Aside. The solicitation for this buy will be posted on the Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) on or about September 10, 2002. Bidding will occur through a Reverse Auction. The date of the Reverse Auction is TBD. All parties interested in doing business wit h CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive, information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Offers wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction shall follow the instructions stated in the Solicitation, which describe the date, t ime and how the Reverse Auction will occur.
