- Synopsis: NSN: 4320-01-251-3549AY, Rotary Pump, PN 5905515, applicable to the LANTIRN Program. The BEQ is 32 each per year. This will be the quantity for the 2 years period of performance. Delivery will be approximately 60 days ARO. The only known source for this repair effort is Howden Airdynamics Inc. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Justification: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services required are available from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not have any data to compete this requirement. The approximate issue date will be 15 days after posting with the approximate response date 30 days following.
