Description

SYNOPSIS, NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to maintain government owned trainers, static aircraft display, training devices, and training equipment at Lackland AFB, WHMC, Lackland Annex (Kelly USA), Medina Annex, and Camp Bullis, TX. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated, with a base period and four (4) option periods, commencing on 01 Oct 2002 or date of award whichever is later. This is a best value acquisition using Performance Price Trade-Off procedures. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 27 Aug 02. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.eps.gov). No paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at www.eps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Register (CCR) as prescribed by DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or accessed via the Internet. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 811310 with a size standard of $6.0 million dollars. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
