- Description
- Purchase and shipment of a digital Flowmeter, test kit, and adapter for Barksdale AFB LA. Items to include: Digital Flowmeter (200GPM), stock # 81981, P/N 108217. Test kit for Flowmeter, P/N 108213. Adapter kit for Flowmeter, P/N 108216. The applicable NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code is NAICS 334513 with the small business size standard being five hundred (500). This solicitation will be a set-aside for very small business concerns. If there is no fair and reasonable offer received from a very small business concern, the acquisition for small business set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition open to all responsive bidders. Small and large businesses as well as women-owned and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Anticipated issue date is 26 August 2002 and the closing date for bids is 29 August 2002 at 1530 Central Standard Time (CST). The date of award will be 1 September 2002 with a delivery date of no later than 11 September 2002. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Items provided must match the stock and/or P/N number as indicated above. The exact quantities required will be specified at the issuance of the solicitation. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price will be the deciding factor for this award. All pertinent factors are listed in the solicitation and a SINGLE award will be made for all items listed.
