- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wi= th the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15. This solicitation is issued under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8153. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 673-117-02 applies and is issued as a request for proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08, The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 621399 size standard is $6 million. Provide 1 FTE radiation therapy physicist for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612, in accordance with terms and provisions of solicitation for the period one year from date of award with the option of 4 additional years.=20 Subject to availability of funds. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB September 10, 2002.=20 ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
