- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina intends to negotiate a contract with Duke University Medical Center, Department of Medicine, Box 3230, Durham, NC 27707 for Library Reference and Department Support for Health Services Research & Development. Contract period will be from October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with 4 option years to renew. No solicitation document will be issued as a result of this synopsis. All interested firms must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capabilities to meet the agency requirements by forwarding a detailed response by September 10, 2002 at 4:30 pm. Written responses are required and may be faxed to 919-286-6819. Please do not submit request for solicitation package via e-mail. If no affirmative written response is received by September 10, 2002, negotiations will take place with Duke University Medical Center. See number note 22.
