- WA FS ERFO 2000(1)-21(2), FDR 2160,2204, Olympic National Forest, Jefferson and Grays Harbor Counties, Washington. Initial notice posted to FedBizOpps on August 16, 2002. BY ISSUE OF THIS MODIFICATION WE ANNOUNCE THIS SOLICITATION AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. This work consists of grading, drainage, base, paving, and three bridges at three sites. The project consists of construction survey & staking; contractor sampling & testing; construction schedules; temporary traffic control; 700 m silt fence; 0.6 ha clearing & grubbing; 2,000 cu m excavation & embankment; 800 cu m structure excavation; 1,000 ton riprap; 1,300 ton minor crushed aggregate; 100 ton minor hot asphalt concrete; 45 m driven piles; 250 cu m structural concrete; 9 ea prestressed concrete girders; 24,000 kg reinforcing steel; 12 each guardrail terminal sections; 3.0 ha seeding & mulching; and other smaller items of work. Project is located approximately 80 km northwest of Aberdeen, Washington. Work shall be completed by September 2004. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
