- Description
- The Department of State proposes a four-month extension (with a four month option term) of Contract No. S-LMAQM-97-C-0008 with TRW, Inc., Fairfax, Virginia, through Jan 31, 2003 on a sole source basis. The required services under this contract are system integration, system operations, system support and maintenance, including 24-hour round the clock systems op-erations for the INRISS. The INRISS' infrastructure is based on a DE VAX 4600 processor operating under VMS in a cluster. In order to perform in the INR's secure environment, all personnel working under this contract must possess top secret clearance with SCI (or SCI eligible). The contractor must also possesses a top secret facility clearance. Currently, the DoS is processing a follow-on procurement action to replace this contract.
