- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the services of a contractor to assist HUD in administering development grants as part of a special rehabilitation program associated with the disposition of properties in the city of New York, acquired by the Department through the procedure of 203(k) insured loans. The contractor will assist the Department in the overall planning, organization and implementaton of the grant requisition review process and inspection procedure. The contract will be for one base year and four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Code is 541310 with a size standard of $4 million dollars average annual receipts. The RFP will be available on or about 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps and proposals will be due approximately 30 days thereafter. This Notice RFP will be posted on HUD's Internet Home Page at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential offerors who download copies of the solicitation from HUD's Internet site will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation. You are advised to check the web site frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to the solicitation. All amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps and the HUD Homepage Contracting Opportunities site.
