LOCAL TIME AT PLACE DESIGNATED FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS AS WAS STATED IN THE AUGUST 22, 2002 POSTING OF THIS SOLICITATION. VENDORS ARE STRONGLY CAUTIONED TO REVIEW THIS REPOSTED SOLICITATION AS THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF ITEMS BEING SOUGHT UNDER THIS PROCUREMENT.
