- 3110-01-441-0293, YPG02206000716, Bearing Retaining Plate. This is a configuration control item to McDonnell Douglas (02731) part number 7-311320121-5 Revision E. There is one approved source: The Purdy Corporation (15152). See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). This procurement requires a contractor first article test. The delivery schedule is: 90 days for first article test report, 30 days for Government Review, and then 100/month beginning 250 days after first article acceptance or best possible delivery. Critical Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 2979 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is September 16, 2002.
