The Project will be located near Mafraq, Jordan, about 60 km Northeast of the capital city of Amman. The new wastewater plant and its associated reuse system will be located at the site of the existing Mafraq WWTP. Tenders from combinations of firms are acceptable provided that all firms meet the eligibility criteria listed in this RFQ and providing they define their organization in accordance with the RFQ. Prospective Tenderers responding to this RFQ must be capable of executing the entire project managing the scope of work through all of its execution phases.
