- NSN 3010-01-411-8490. Control Assembly, Transmission. Qauntity 100 each. This solicitation is a RFP. This solicitation also contains a 100% quantity option. See Notes 12 and 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 09/09/2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Approved source is AM General LLC (34623). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
