Description
The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL plans to award a Contemplated Firm-Fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The reference number is F3LGLX22100200, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for: Two-each Spectrum Analyzer, 9KHz to 26 GHz, with optional U3661+26 narrow resolution bandwidths; Two-each ADVANTEST, Battery, NiCad: ProPac-14 Battery; 1-each ADVANTEST, Battery Charger, Dual 2402 Charger; 2-each Cover, Front Panel, U4941-ADVANTEST, PN A02806; 1-each, Case, Transit, U4941, ADVANTEST, PN R16072; 1-each Case, Soft Carry, for U4941, U4341, U3641, ADVANTEST, R16216A; 2-each Hood, Display, ADVANTEST, R16601. The Spectrum Analyzer is ultra-compact and light weight, weighs 23.26 lbs with battery pack installed. It is portable in size and designed for flightline usage. The equipment will allow the user the flexibility to test, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic warfare countermeasure transmitters while equipment is installed on the aircraft. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
