- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of the intent to procure portable bleachers for the fitness center gymnasium. The following specs are required: Two 15? portable bleacher sections and one 20? portable bleacher section, 5 rows, 10? rise, 22? row spacing, portable with air-lift system, one air compressor, manual operation, 10? deep plastic seat modules, six removable end rails with slide out pockets starting on row two, six end panels, back panels, three 48? wide footrest aisles with non-slip tread, intermediate aisle steps with hinged front steps and Florida Engineering Certification. Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Purchase is contingent upon end of year funding. NAICS code 454390, Size Standard $6 million. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, and 252.225-7001.
